Do you manage recruiting or do I need to provide you with study participants?
We can manage the recruiting for your study. In addition to nearly 4,000 people in our participant database, we have established strong relationships with independent recruiting agencies all around the country.
Do you have a usability testing lab?
Yes. We have two state-of-the-art usability labs in our Tempe, AZ office. Each lab is equipped with audio systems, high-definition pan-tilt-zoom video feeds, and two-way mirror observation rooms.
Can we come and observe the testing?
Please do! We can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people in each of our observation rooms.
What if I cannot be there for the study? How can my team still see the sessions and results?
We can live stream our studies. Additionally, we record our sessions to provide final recordings to our clients.
If you cannot, or prefer not to, observe sessions for your study, you will be able to review the results in a report format. Depending on your needs, we provide a study report for review and distribution within your organization.
What will the final deliverable look like?
Final deliverables most often take the form of a written report and/or visual presentation. We can also create videos that highlight important findings.
Have you had much experience with the FDA?
We have tons of experience with the FDA. Much of our work is geared toward navigating through FDA submissions for medical devices, which includes correspondence and meetings with FDA reviewers.
What about international standards like IEC 62366?
Absolutely. International Standard IEC 62366 is compatible with the FDA’s human factors guidelines here in the United States. We tailor studies and reports for the regulatory bodies of any target market.
How can we make the validation study process more cost-effective?
There are multiple ways to make validation testing more cost-effective. However, accompanying many solutions are certain risks that must be weighed. Because each situation is unique, we would love to discuss the options with you personally.
